Title : Post Close Support, Title Insurance

Location: Coraopolis, PA (fully on-site)

This is an individual contributor role, performing supportive duties that assist the post-closing team.

As a dynamic and resourceful professional, we will rely on you to perform the following duties:

• Scanning of the executed loan packages, prepare certified true recordables, mail and ship executed loan documents to the lenders and the borrowers. Reviewing lender instructions to make sure all documents are being returned to the appropriate parties as directed in the lender's closing instructions.
• Maintain the filing cabinets for all documents, prior to, during and post recording. Maintain the tracking log for all incoming documents and all documents being pulled from the miscellaneous document’s drawer. Familiar with invoicing, billing, and integration systems, what and when documents need uploaded. Review lender instructions to make sure all documents are being returned to the appropriate parties as directed in the lender's closing instructions.
• Process client billing.
• Provide resolution to all issues as quickly as possible. Involve Team Lead on all escalations.
• Ship all executed documents per the lender's instruction and send the documents to the appropriate party at the correct address.
• Manage daily workload effectively and efficiently. Follow the workflow for returning documents, noting the system, and completing the required events
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Minimum Education & Experience Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent work experience.
• 1+ years of office experience.
• Experience with RamQuest closing operations system and all integration systems is preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as title commitment, lender’s instructions, purchase contracts and other related documents required to verify the lender’s closing requirement have been met.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Excellent organizational skills, with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
• Maintains flexible hours.
