Pharmaceutical Virtual Sales Representative
Ophthalmic Program

Be part of an innovative Virtual Sales Team launching Ocuvex Therapeutics' new Ophthalmic Program! Ocuvex is a leading biopharmaceutical company dedicated to advancing treatments for eye diseases.

In this role, you'll connect with Ophthalmologists and Optometrists via phone and video calls to drive product sampling and sales. The program starts with sample distribution and quickly transitions into full-scale sales, giving you the opportunity to make an immediate impact. Proven success in this role can lead to a long-term sales position as the program expands.

We're looking for experienced Virtual Sales Representatives who bring high energy, strong communication skills a results-driven mindset with proven sales ability. This full-time position with ImpactBio offers an exciting, team-oriented environment where you can grow and excel.

Key Responsibilities
  • Promote the Ophthalmic Program via calls and virtual meetings with prescribers and their staff.
  • Host virtual lunch-and-learns to educate HCP offices on product usage and patient profiles.
  • Meet or exceed daily and monthly call targets while efficiently managing administrative tasks.
  • Address HCP and staff questions or concerns, providing timely and effective solutions.
  • Follow up on sample deliveries to ensure proper utilization and patient impact.
  • Maintain detailed records in the CRM system and document promotional spend per company policy.
  • Remain compliant with all company & FDA regulations and policies.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years in virtual sales or call center roles in pharma or B2B healthcare sales preferred.
  • A plus in using video and phone technologies to build relationships
  • Proven sales success with strong documentation of achievements.
  • Skilled in using video and phone technologies to build relationships.
  • Excellent time management, organization, and communication skills.
