Taglio in Montgomery is seeking a part-time, experienced server who is willing to flex as a bartender. Some weekend and weekday shifts are available. At Taglio, our bartenders take a section of tables as well in addition to making cocktails, pouring wine and beer, and opening bottles and cans.
We are a wine-focused pizzeria & bar with exclusively in-house made food preparation, and private label wines, beers, and whiskey. We take pride in all of our offerings. We have consistently been ranked #1 Best Pizza in Cincinnati.
Taglio's wine list is sommelier-curated and we expect our team to emphasize the wine profile as well as pair it with food. We have a comprehensive wine training program as part of the paid training for this position.
Taglio in Montgomery has a positive team environment with many team members here since we opened 3 years ago.
Bartenders and servers at Taglio are paid $5.35/hr + tips, or $25-$40 on average.
As a Server for TAGLIO, we have one mission made up of two parts. This is to provide all guests with a guided dining experience complemented by excellent service. The first part of this mission requires our service staff to have a comprehensive knowledge of all Taglio offerings including food, wine, spirits and beers. Servers must also know all potential allergens, gluten free, vegan and vegetarian options. This knowledge is necessary to guide our guests through the “Perfect Check,” which serves as a blueprint for the ideal experience at TAGLIO.
