Our client is in need of a detail-oriented Office Manager to oversee daily administrative operations and ensure the smooth functioning of office tasks in Austin, Texas. You will play a vital part in managing client communications, maintaining organizational systems, and supporting equipment handling processes. • Handle shipping and receiving processes for computers, devices, and equipment, ensuring proper documentation.
• Assist in logging new devices into the system and monitor their status throughout various stages.
• Ensure proper organization and tracking of incoming and outgoing devices, adhering to chain-of-custody procedures.
• Prepare documentation, service forms, and client correspondence as needed.
• Conduct quality-control checks by verifying device details and confirming client information.
• Collaborate with technicians to prioritize urgent and high-priority cases.
