If youre an experienced Heavy Equipment Operator in Klamath Falls , and you're looking for steady, full-time work with great pay and benefits this is your chance . Rogue Waste Systems is hiring operators to run dozers, compactors, excavators, dump trucks, and more at our local transfer station.
Youll work outdoors, stay active, and be part of a trusted company that values safety, reliability, and community.
Operate and maintain heavy equipment (dozer, compactor, excavator, water truck, etc.)
Help sort, screen, and manage waste and recyclable materials
Spot inbound trucks and guide traffic safely
Perform yard maintenance and debris clean-up
Support transfer station operations as needs change
Use a smartphone or tablet to record daily activity
Valid Drivers License required
Class B CDL (or willing to get one within 6 months we can help)
Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
Able to lift up to 65 lbs and perform physical labor
Reliable, safety-focused, and a team player
Willing to complete DOT physical, drug screen, and background check
Local work home every night
Strong hourly wages : $23$26/hr
