Reporting to the Regional On Premise Manager, you will represent RedBull and build our brand in restaurants, nightclubs, bars, hotels, casinos, and more. Responsibilities All the responsibilities we'll trust you with: Use your unique personality to showcase our premium brand Bring the brand to life at trendy restaurants, bars, clubs, festivals, and exclusive events Build your reputation within the local scene based on your industry knowledge and trends Take full responsibility for sales and marketing activities in your market Stay informed about market trends and identify new opportunities for RedBull Develop creative strategies and tools to deliver effective pitches Strengthen and nurture long-term relationships with established customers and industry influencers Make each customer appointment engaging and insightful Use sales and negotiation tactics to increase earnings for customers and RedBull, exceeding goals Find innovative ways to keep RedBull a leader in the On Premise channel Negotiate mutually beneficial partnership agreements Requirements: Established contacts or ability to develop them quickly within the industry Experience in selling to a customer base, preferably in beverage, gastronomy, hospitality, or nightlife Flexible working hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays, with autonomy Understanding of sales processes, data analysis, and strategic development Minimum 21 years old Valid U.S. driver's license Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus Additional details: Travel 20-30% Permanent position Benefits eligible Team RedBull Musketeer - the brand's representative in On Premise business.
