Job Title: MRI Technologist

Job Type: Full-Time

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform MRI scans for diagnostic purposes as prescribed by physicians.
• Maintain patient safety, comfort, and communication throughout the MRI process.
• Ensure all imaging equipment is properly maintained and functioning, reporting issues as needed.
• Adhere to all established protocols for imaging and patient care.
• Document patient information, scan results, and any necessary follow-ups accurately and timely.
• Assist in educating patients about the MRI process and addressing any concerns.
• Participate in quality control and assurance programs to maintain the high standard of care.

Essential Qualifications:

• Completion of an accredited radiologic technology education program.
• Current (ARRT) Registry certification and BLS certification.
• Current Kentucky Medical Imaging and Radiation Therapy License.
• Availability to work 3x12-hour shifts on the third shift.

Desired Experience:

• A minimum of 1 year of experience in MRI technology is required.
• Experience in a clinical setting is preferred.

Salary & Benefits:

The salary range for this position is between $79,000 and $98,000 annually, based on the candidate's interview performance and skill sets.
