Front Desk Receptionist – Friendly, Organized, and Ready to Learn!
Do you love working with people and keeping things organized? We’re looking for a friendly, detail-oriented multitasker to join our team as a Front Desk Receptionist at our busy and welcoming optometry office.
No experience? No problem! We’re happy to train the right person.
What You’ll Do:
Greet patients with a smile and help them get checked in for their appointments
Handle important paperwork, including verifying medical and vision insurance
Answer phone calls and schedule appointments efficiently and kindly
Keep things running smoothly at the front desk
