Tricentis is looking for an experienced field marketer with a proven track record in B2B tech marketing, targeting large enterprise accounts. Marketing Manager, AMS will be a key member of the AMS marketing team, utilizing their innate knowledge of the local market to build and execute segment-specific marketing programs to generate awareness, drive qualified leads that convert to pipeline, shorten the sales cycle, and retain and grow customers. As part of the AMS marketing team, reporting to the Director, AMS Marketing, this role will work closely with the broader marketing, operations, sales and customer growth teams to maintain consistency across brand, messaging, programs and processes. Responsibilities include collaborating with regional GTM teams on marketing plans and programs to exceed lead, pipeline and revenue targets; executing integrated marketing programs focused on large account/enterprise segment using ABM strategies; driving integrated programs that tie sales, business development, customer growth teams and global demand engine to optimize conversion rates and accelerate sales cycle; communicating marketing strategy and campaign themes to sales teams; liaising with sales and customer growth managers to ensure alignment on marketing programs and lead follow up; improving qualified lead to opportunity conversion rates; partnering with Global Social Media Manager and local Partner Marketing team; aligning with Marketing Operations for tracking and measurement; managing marketing budget and calendar. Required skills and experience include minimum 3 years in B2B marketing in enterprise software/high-tech, proven success in modern marketing practices especially events and ABM, strong project and program management, excellent communication, goal orientation with understanding of marketing metrics and sales strategy, experience with cross-functional teams, strong martech skills including Asana, Salesforce, 6sense, Marketo, and a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or similar.
