Position Summary:
We’re seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Marketing and Design Assistant to join our in-house team in Oklahoma City. This role supports both the sales and design departments with a variety of creative and administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office tools, along with a collaborative spirit and a passion for retail operations. Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the design and sales departments in the creation of marketing collateral, presentations, and proposals
• Support product and concept development through layout design and visual mockups
• Collaborate with designers and sales teams on custom retail display projects
• Prepare and update content for sales and promotional materials
• Assists with marketing CRM software and related initiatives including mass emails
• Assists with creation and maintenance of website and/or social media content
• Help maintain brand consistency across internal and external communications
• Assist with photo editing, catalog updates, and file management
• Perform basic research to support competitive analysis and product development
• Help plan and execute marketing promotions, including emails, digital ads, and seasonal campaigns
• Provide general administrative support to the marketing and design teams as needed
• Collaborate with other departments as needed

Qualifications:

• Understanding of basic business, marketing concepts, and retail sales.
• Experience using Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop)
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• High level of organization and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent tasks and meet deadlines
• Strong creative problem-solving skills
• Experience in product or industrial design is a plus but not required
• Experience with CAD or 3D software (e.g., SketchUp, VectorWorks) is a plus but not required
• Portfolio or design work samples are required
