Job Details

Qualifications – Needed:

• High School Diploma or equivalent; technical diploma, Associates degree, or Journeyman card preferred
• Minimum 5 years of experience in maintenance, machining, or tooling
• Experience with CNC machine maintenance, repair, and optimization
• Strong background in mechanical and electrical systems, hydraulics, pneumatics, and CNC controls
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and manuals
• Knowledge of OSHA and environmental regulations
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and maintenance recordkeeping
• Proven ability to work collaboratively with team members and leadership to maintain optimal equipment performance

Key Responsibilities and Duties:

• Troubleshoot, prioritize, and perform mechanical/electrical repairs on all production equipment
• Conduct scheduled maintenance tasks including cleaning, lubrication, and component inspection
• Collaborate with technical support resources to troubleshoot and repair CNC machines
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation
• Identify, order, and install replacement parts
• Use measuring equipment and hand tools for maintenance and repair
• Fabricate components as necessary for repairs
• Work with operations and engineering to reduce downtime and improve processes
