Leaderstat - Post Acute is seeking a local contract nurse RN Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Assistant Director of Nursing for a local contract nursing job in Southbury, Connecticut.

35bed SNF with a census around 25, part of a high end, CCRC. 
Location - Southbury, Connecticut

• Start: ASAP
• 94% occupied campus-wide 

• Company expects respectful culture, ability to handle stress and independence. Reports to NHA & ED, both are multi-site and will not be on-site all the time. Strong, independent candidate needed to operate according to regs and escalate issues when needed.

   

• Previous challenges with PBJ due to not reporting the staffing component correctly.
• Transitioning from PCC to Yardi - billing is moved over, nursing is in process this week, go live in the next week or so - before start.
• Local (for cost control) preferred, open to region. Told them we would present all options for them to decide but they will be sensitive to cost so total package will be important.

Work the floor - Yes, when needed

EMR - Transitioning from PCC to Yardi 

Must have at least 2 years of ADON experience
