Job Description

A varied role, as Litigation Associate you will:

• Work on a range of litigation matters - Government Investigations, Federal Civil Litigation matters.
• Experience in one or more of the following areas is preferred: government investigations related to the False Claims Act, drafting & responding to written discovery in federal civil litigation, managing eDiscovery, drafting motions in federal court, scoping internal investigations, advising clients on disclosure considerations - familiarity with government contracts and health care law is highly beneficial.
• Strong academic track record and excellent communication and writing skills are essential.

The Successful Applicant

The successful Litigation Associate will have demonstrable experience:

• JD & D.C. and/or L.A. State Bar essential.
• 3-5 years AM Law 200 litigation experience.
• Collaborative, communicative, strong academic background and writing skills.
• Candidates must be available to interview in March and be entitled to work in the US without sponsorship (now or in the future).
