Job Description

A varied role, as Litigation Associate you will:

Work on a range of litigation matters - Government Investigations, Federal Civil Litigation matters.
Experience in one or more of the following areas is preferred: government investigations related to the False Claims Act, drafting & responding to written discovery in federal civil litigation, managing eDiscovery, drafting motions in federal court, scoping internal investigations, advising clients on disclosure considerations - familiarity with government contracts and health care law is highly beneficial.
Strong academic track record and excellent communication and writing skills are essential.

The Successful Applicant

The successful Litigation Associate will have demonstrable experience:

JD & D.C. and/or L.A. State Bar essential.
3-5 years AM Law 200 litigation experience.
Collaborative, communicative, strong academic background and writing skills.
Candidates must be available to interview in March and be entitled to work in the US without sponsorship (now or in the future).

Base salary: c. $250,000 - $320,000 PA (depending on class year/experience).
