✅ What We’re Looking For:

To be considered for this opportunity, candidates must meet the following qualifications:

Active Life & Health Insurance License OR Health Insurance License

Minimum of 2 years of professional experience working in insurance sales (Life, Health, or both)

Proven track record in sales, client retention, and communication

Strong ability to educate clients, close deals, and deliver high-quality customer service

Experience with Sunfire platform is REQUIRED

Ability to work full-time in our Boca Raton, FL office (for onsite roles)

Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and committed to long-term success

Professional, ethical, and able to operate in a compliant and client-focused manner

Onsite Positions: Located at our vibrant office in Boca Raton, Florida, offering a team-based environment where collaboration and growth are encouraged.

Remote Positions: Limited availability for remote agents who meet all experience requirements and demonstrate strong independent performance capability.
