About the Role:
We are seeking a motivated and talented Java Developer to join our remote engineering team. This is an excellent opportunity for early-career developers (0 3 years of experience) to grow and contribute to complex systems in a dynamic and collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain Java-based applications using frameworks such as Spring and Guice .
Assist in building and managing systems in production with guidance from senior engineers.
Participate in CI/CD processes , version control using Git , and agile development practices.
Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code with proper testing.
Support debugging, profiling, and optimization of applications under supervision.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver solutions.
Continuously learn and adapt to new engineering practices and technologies.
Qualifications:
0 3 years of experience in software development or related fields.
Proficient in Java ; familiarity with Spring and/or Guice frameworks is a plus.
Basic understanding of CI/CD pipelines , version control using Git , and agile/scrum methodologies.
Exposure to scripting languages like PERL is a plus but not mandatory.
Strong problem-solving skills and eagerness to learn.
Excellent teamwork , communication , and organizational skills.
