Job Description: Job Title: Institutional Client Group, Securitized Product Sales, Americas Corporate Title: Director Location: New York, NY Overview Institutional Client Group (ICG) facilitates primary origination, distribution, and secondary market-making of FIC product suite and financing to institutional clients. This includes financials, asset managers, pension funds, insurers, hedge funds, private equity, central banks, and sovereign wealth funds. In this role, you will be responsible for covering important institutional clients at a senior level within our Securitized Product Sales (SPS) Group. Strategic planning, budgeting, client wallet share analysis and help generate new revenue opportunities within the securitized, private, and alternate capital space New business development in particular within the securitized products space Drive sales growth by creating new / developing existing relationships Generate new revenue opportunities for the SPS business Think strategically about the business, stay on top of market themes/trends How You'll Lead Able to be a senior role model for the junior population Able to understand and interpret market trends Able to work in a high paced environment under pressure Skills You'll Need Series 7 & 63 Extensive experience in Fixed Income Strong interpersonal skills for developing new client relationships and communicating various Deutsche Bank teams in a fast-paced environment Skills That Will Help You Excel Be a team player - anticipating and solving problems for the group Have a consistent sense of urgency around doing your best - day in and day out Strong communication skills to persuade investors to purchase Deutsche Bank services Detail oriented and driven to succeed in a complex, fast-moving environment Ability to multi-task, and work in a fast-paced, time sensitive work environment Expectations It is the Bank's expectation that employees hired into this role will work in the New York, NY office in accordance with the Bank's hybrid working model.
