Job Title: Infrastructure Installation Technician

Location: Columbus – New Albany, OH

Projected Start Date: November 17, 2025

Type: 1st Shift (6–7 AM Start) | $20–$25/hr (W2)

The Opportunity

Join a high-performance team building the next generation of hyperscale data centers. As an Infrastructure Installation Technician, you’ll work on large-scale new construction projects installing cabling, hardware, and network systems that power critical technology environments.

If you’ve worked in construction, cabling, or hands-on installation and you’re looking for a steady role with growth potential, this is your entry into the data center industry.

What You’ll Do

• Install, route, and terminate copper and fiber optic cabling.
• Set up and mount servers, switches, racks, and PDUs.
• Build and organize cable pathways (ladder racks, J-hooks, inner duct).
• Perform testing, labeling, and troubleshooting of cabling systems.
• Operate lifts, ladders, and hand tools safely in active construction zones.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and compliant job site daily.

What You Bring

• 3+ months of cabling or construction experience (data center experience a plus).
• Comfortable working in PPE, on ladders/lifts, and under raised floors.
• Basic hand tools and safety gear required.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and follow direction efficiently.
• Strong attention to detail, work ethic, and reliability.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
