Inside Sales Specialist (Roofing/Remodeling)

Location: Phoenix, AZ (On-site preferred, Hybrid potential)

Compensation: Base + Commission

Love sales but want off the road? This is your move.

We're looking for a seasoned in-home sales rep who knows how to close - now working the phones. You'll focus on warm leads that didn't buy the first time: no-decisions, "call me later" types, and deals that slipped away. You'll revive them, reframe the value, and convert them. Roofing, gutter, or exterior experience is a big plus.

What You'll Do:

• Call back homeowners who had unsold appointments
• Reframe offers, address objections, and close over the phone
• Work hand-in-hand with brand teams to convert reactivated leads
• Partner with our financing expert to resolve affordability gaps
• Track conversion performance and improve scripts

Ideal Candidate:

• 3+ years in D2C in-home sales (roofing or similar a plus)
• Strong phone presence, closer mentality
• Looking to shift into an inside sales role with real upside
• Self-motivated
