We're seeking skilled Welders to join our team in Chattanooga, TN. This is a great opportunity for someone with at least one year of experience in MIG and stick welding who’s ready to take the next step in their career.

You’ll be working on heavy equipment/shipping materials fabrications and contributing to critical manufacturing operations.

Weekly pay with direct deposit and pay card options. Start next week!

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform MIG and stick welding to assemble and repair heavy metal components.
• Read and interpret blueprints and welding symbols accurately.
• Inspect materials prior to welding to ensure cleanliness and suitability.
• Operate hand and power tools, including grinders, cranes, and forklifts.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production schedules and quality standards.
• Participate in ongoing safety and process improvement initiatives.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 1 year of welding experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
• Proficiency in MIG and stick welding techniques.
• Ability to read blueprints and understand weld symbols.
• Experience operating hand tools, grinders, and heavy fabrication equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety .

Please note - Team members must be able to commute to Chattanooga, TN. Pay rates are dependent on shift and assignment. Team members must have at least 1 year of experience.
