Job Description

About the Role As a Customer Experience Representative, you'll be the first in-person point of contact for customers selling their vehicles through an online platform. Your role is to ensure a smooth, friendly, and professional experience from start to finish. You'll travel to customer locations, complete vehicle inspections, and guide them through the final steps of the selling process-all while delivering top-tier customer service. Key Responsibilities + Manage 6 to 8 customer appointments per day, traveling in a company-provided vehicle. + Provide a warm, professional greeting and guide customers through the vehicle handoff process. + Conduct a visual inspection of the vehicle and complete digital paperwork using a tablet. + Accurately document all necessary information in the customer tracking system. + Maintain a safe driving record and follow all driving policies and procedures. + Collaborate with team members and assist with additional tasks as needed. What You Bring + A customer-first mindset with strong communication and interpersonal skills. + Self-motivation and the ability to work independently while staying aligned with team goals. + Comfort with using technology such as tablets and mobile apps. + A goal-oriented attitude and the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment. Requirements + High School Diploma or equivalent. + Must be 18 years of age or older. + Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. + Ability to lift light items and be on your feet for extended periods. *Pay is different for each location* Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $18.00/hr.
