Summary Provides support for the conversion of paper employee files into a digital format. Maintains digital employee files on an ongoing basis. Scans and indexes documents into the digital system. Boxes paper files and prepares paper files for storage at LeeSar.
Re-certifies employees working for Lee Health on a Work Authorization. May create and distribute employee badges. Provides clerical support for the Compensation Team and may provide support to any area of Compensation, Benefits and HRIS.
Must have excellent interpersonal skills, a positive attitude, be flexible with assignments, demonstrate knowledge of basic computer skills, and have the ability to prioritize.
