Human Capital Analyst Location Washington, DC (South West area) :

Position : Human Capital Analyst

Location : DHS- ICE Washington, DC (100% on-site work required)

Full Benefits Package Available

· Salary: $60,000 - $75,000 (based on experience and qualifications)

QUALIFICATIONS

Clearance:

· Public trust

Education: Bachelor's degree in human resources, social science, or business administration.

Experience: At least 1 year of human resource- knowledge of Federal Government recruiting procedures preferred.

Knowledge & Qualifications:

· Critical thinking skills are crucial

· Knowledge of Federal Government recruiting procedures highly desired

· Ability to read and understand government policy and regulations

· Must be detail oriented with strong organizational skills

· Professional communication skills, both verbal and written

· Technical writing and editing experience is desired

· Must be proficient in Microsoft Office suite

· Self-starter who takes ownership of the job at hand and takes responsibility for the work assigned

FUNCTIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES: A human capital analyst is responsible for performing information collection, analysis, and interpretation. Other responsibilities include:

· Draft, package, route, review, and track work packages and correspondence.

· Manage correspondence and communications through task management system (ICAATT) that includes reviewing, assigning, and tracking tasks for responses and preparing accurate and complete task responses for management review and approval.

· Develop, maintain, and update information to be used in recurring reports; perform routing data entry, analyses, and calculations in the processing of tasking data; perform information gathering, analysis, and/or forecasting for data call and/or reports.

· Provide technical writing/editing support to include but not limited to reviewing, coordinating, and editing production of papers, letters, policy documents, and other documents, and assisting in writing/editing draft of various materials (i.e. briefings, presentations, documents, responses, etc.).

· Provide administrative support to include coordination and maintenance of leadership calendars and schedules; provide calendar management for scheduling meetings (internal and external), resolving calendar conflicts, and updating meetings as needed; assist with logistics support for meetings and conferences, including reserving conference rooms, preparing read-ahead materials and briefings, basic IT connectivity, and taking minutes and action items; and provide escort and visitor control support for internal and external visitors
