HR Executive Position: HR Executive Experience: 0.6 – 1 Year Location: Dwarka, Delhi Budget/CTC: Up to 3 LPA Qualification: MBA (HR) or any HR-related Degree Gender Preference: Male candidates only Job Summary We are looking for a proactive and reliable HR Executive with experience in both Recruitment and Generalist HR functions. The candidate should be well-versed in end-to-end hiring processes and daily HR operations. Key Responsibilities Recruitment - Manage end-to-end recruitment for multiple roles. - Source talent through job portals, social platforms, and internal databases. - Conduct resume screening and initial HR rounds. - Coordinate interviews with hiring managers. - Handle offer roll-out and joining formalities. HR Generalist - Assist in onboarding and induction processes. - Maintain HR records and employee databases. - Manage attendance, leave tracking, and support payroll inputs. - Assist in employee engagement initiatives. - Support implementation of HR policies and procedures. - Handle exit process and documentation. Skills Required - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Good knowledge of recruitment practices. - Basic understanding of HR operations. - Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). - Ability to manage time and multitask effectively.
