IN OFFICE: Buffalo, NY

Compensation: $22 per hour+ commission- First year realistic earnings 55k-70k

What You’ll Do

• Build lasting relationships with healthcare professionals and clients.
• Recruit, coach, and mentor top field talent while supporting their career growth.
• Achieve performance goals through meaningful touches, interviews, and placements.
• Partner with clients to deliver staffing solutions that make a difference.
• Support compliance and credentialing excellence (100% standards-driven).
• Take ownership of your individual P&L and revenue goals.
• Contribute to a culture of teamwork, service, and success.

What You’ll Bring

• A passion for people, service, and sales especially in healthcare.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Drive to exceed goals and deliver measurable results.
• The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Experience in recruiting, staffing, or healthcare staffing preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and online recruiting tools.
