About the Role
The Company is seeking a Head of Talent Acquisition to lead the scaling of its recruitment program. The successful candidate will be responsible for attracting and recruiting culturally-aligned candidates, managing a candidate experience program that is free of biases and ensures a great impression of the company for all interviewees. This role involves utilizing data-driven recruiting techniques, building relationships with hiring managers, and maintaining a high-performance bar for talent. The Head of Talent will also be tasked with streamlining and enhancing talent acquisition processes, driving ad hoc projects, and prioritizing diversity in the recruiting process.
