About the Role

The Company is seeking a Head of Talent Acquisition to lead the scaling of its recruitment program. The successful candidate will be responsible for attracting and recruiting culturally-aligned candidates, managing a candidate experience program that is free of biases and ensures a great impression of the company for all interviewees. This role involves utilizing data-driven recruiting techniques, building relationships with hiring managers, and maintaining a high-performance bar for talent. The Head of Talent will also be tasked with streamlining and enhancing talent acquisition processes, driving ad hoc projects, and prioritizing diversity in the recruiting process. Ideal candidates for this role at the company will have a proven track record in managing and developing talent acquisition teams, experience with scaling organizations, and the ability to thrive in an ambiguous, fast-paced, and tech environment. The role requires a proactive problem solver who is passionate about scaling systems, driving efficiency, and is adept at working with numbers. The Head of Talent will be expected to be honest, trustworthy, and authentic, with a focus on building meaningful relationships and a diverse team. While prior experience in a similar environment is beneficial, the company values curiosity and problem-solving abilities, and encourages those who are excited about the opportunity to apply, even if they do not meet all the exact requirements.
