About the Role
The Company is seeking a Head of Talent Acquisition to lead the end-to-end recruiting function with a focus on building a team of exceptionally talented individuals. The successful candidate will be responsible for defining and executing the strategy to attract, evaluate, and secure world-class talent across various functions, including GTM, product, and engineering. This role is pivotal in shaping the company's growth and requires a hands-on approach, from pipeline generation to close, and a deep partnership with founders and executives on all aspects of hiring. The Head of Talent will also be instrumental in building and scaling the systems, processes, and tools that support high-velocity, high-quality hiring, and will lead a small, world-class recruiting team. Applicants for the Head of Talent Acquisition role at the company should have a minimum of 6 years' recruiting experience, with a preference for those who have worked in high-growth startup environments. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of hiring across both technical and non-technical functions, and will be adept at moving quickly, exercising sharp judgment, and taking full ownership of their work. A systems thinker with a strong focus on both day-to-day execution and long-term infrastructure, the Head of Talent will be expected to uphold the standard for excellence in recruiting and to be a talent multiplier across the organization. The role demands a high level of engagement, motivation, and a commitment to the company's core principles, including a first-principles approach to building better solutions and a relentless drive for improvement.
