About the Role
The Company is seeking a Head of Talent Acquisition to join their dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the full recruiting lifecycle, from defining headcount plans to building scalable processes that ensure an excellent candidate experience. This role requires a strategic partner who can work closely with the operations team to meet the organization's hiring needs. The Head of Talent will also be instrumental in establishing the company's employer brand, developing diversity hiring strategies, and implementing tools to track recruitment metrics. Applicants should have a minimum of 6 years' of experience in recruiting, with a proven track record in early-stage, high-growth startup environments, particularly in fintech or technical sectors. Expertise in sourcing, interviewing, and compensation planning is essential, as is a deep understanding of candidate psychology and closing strategies. The ideal candidate will have high emotional intelligence and strong communication skills, enabling effective collaboration across all levels of the company. Familiarity with HR and ATS systems, experience in international hiring, and exposure to fast-moving sectors like fintech or crypto are desirable but not mandatory.
