Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a General Manager located in Boston, MA. The General Manager will oversee daily operations of the assigned store(s), ensuring high levels of performance and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include managing staff, maintaining inventory, upholding quality and safety standards, and driving sales growth. The General Manager will also be responsible for budgeting, reporting, and executing company policies.
Qualifications

Strong leadership and team management skills
Proficiency in inventory and financial management
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Experience in the food service industry
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge of safety, sanitation, and quality standards
Previous experience in a managerial role is a plus
