General Manager – Milwaukee Harley-Davidson Dealership
Location: Milwaukee, WI

Scott Fischer Enterprises and John Greene are proud to announce the acquisition of the Milwaukee Harley-Davidson dealership — and we’re looking for an experienced, results-driven General Manager to lead this large, full-service dealership. Key Responsibilities
· Oversee all dealership operations including sales, service, parts, and finance.
· Develop, coach, and motivate department leaders and team members to exceed goals.
· Drive revenue growth while maintaining exceptional customer satisfaction and brand integrity.
· Manage P&L, budgeting, and operational performance.
· Foster a culture of accountability, enthusiasm, and community engagement.
Qualifications
· Proven success in a General Manager or senior leadership role within automotive, powersports, or a high-volume retail environment.
· Strong financial acumen and experience with operational performance metrics.
· Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
· Passion for Harley-Davidson and the rider community.
