Duties & Responsibilities
- Diagnose and treat a wide variety of oral health issues
- Perform exams using X-rays and digital imaging
- Deliver treatments including cleanings, fillings, crowns, veneers, whitening, extractions, endo, implants, and dentures
- Administer local anesthesia
- Educate patients on oral health and aftercare
- Perform oral cancer screenings
- Prescribe antibiotics and pain management as needed
- Take impressions for custom appliances
Qualifications
- DDS or DMD degree
- Active state dental license (or ability to obtain)
- CPR certification
- Knowledge of dental health and safety regulations (HIPAA, OSHA, CDC)
- Practice management software proficiency preferred
- 1–2 years’ experience preferred, but new grads with a hunger to grow and expand their clinical skillset are encouraged to apply
