Job Title: Furniture Installer

Job Description

Join our dynamic team as an Installation Technician, where you will work with a small team to assemble and install furniture for new local businesses. This role involves performing furniture service and relocation duties such as delivery, assembly, moving, debris removal, and repairs under the guidance of the Lead Installer or Project Manager.

Responsibilities

• Complete furniture assembly and installation according to specifications to meet customer requirements.
• Inspect furniture to ensure proper setup in line with manufacturer's guidelines.
• Communicate effectively with clients, team members, and other organizational employees.
• Load and unload furniture onto trucks as needed.
• Follow all safety procedures while performing job duties.

Essential Skills

• Experience with hand tools and moving furniture.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with tools such as a cordless drill, tape measure, level, and box cutter.
• Capability to lift 50lbs repeatedly.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience in construction trades, troubleshooting, and repair.
• 1 year of experience in assembling, moving, or installing furniture.
• 1 year of experience working in a furniture warehouse or with a moving company.
• Mechanically inclined individuals are considered.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $25.00/hr.
