Job Description
Innovative Tech Services is looking for motivated and reliable team members to join our growing installation crew! We provide professional furniture assembly, TV mounting, and smart home installation services across Northwest Arkansas and surrounding areas.
We are currently hiring for:
Lead Technicians – experienced in furniture assembly, TV mounting, or related handyman work.
Helpers / Assistants – entry-level candidates who can assist with lifting, tools, and setup. Training provided.
Responsibilities
Assemble furniture (beds, tables, desks, shelves, etc.) quickly and safely
Mount TVs (including wall mounting with brackets and anchors)
Assist with light handyman services (cable management, décor hanging, basic installs)
Helpers: support technicians with lifting, tool handling, and prep work
Communicate professionally with customers and ensure satisfaction
Follow safety standards and company procedures
Qualifications
Basic tool knowledge (power drills, levels, stud finders) is a plus
Ability to lift and move up to 75 lbs
Reliable transportation to job sites
Strong work ethic and attention to detail
Experience preferred for Technicians, but Helpers can start with no experience (we’ll train)
Pay & Benefits
Technicians: $18–$22 per hour DOE
Helpers: $14–$16 per hour DOE
