Software Development: Write and maintain clean, efficient code that adheres to best practices and development standards.
Technical Analysis: Actively engage in defining technical requirements, ensuring clarity and feasibility in specifications.
Testing: Conduct unit tests and debugging to ensure application stability and performance.
Collaboration: Work closely with UI/UX and QA teams to bring high-quality products to life that meet usability and performance criteria.
Continuous Learning: Stay abreast of trends and technologies, contributing innovative ideas to enhance the team's effectiveness.
Task Management: Provide accurate estimations for assigned tasks, adhere to deadlines, and communicate any changes proactively.

Junior: Independent development of mid-complexity modules and effective communication in teamwork.
Mid-Level: Expertise in system design, microservices, and leadership of subprojects.
Senior: Lead product discovery, manage infrastructure, and engage with stakeholders effectively.
