Lagniappe Bayou Kitchen is an authentic cajun scratch kitchen, quickly becoming one of the most popular spots to grab a bite on the outskirts of Nashville. The word Lagniappe (pronounced LAN-YAP) means a lil somethin extra and we believe our team brings a lil somethin extra to the table.
We are a small family owned restaurant and we are looking for good, honest, hardworking individuals. We are only looking to fill a few positions so we are seeking out the best. We have a great core team that we are looking to grow with a few more dedicated people. At Lagniappe Bayou Kitchen we are an upscale fast casual seafood joint where we strive to create a warm environment in which our customers are served authentic cajun food while making memories and friends. We have seafood brought in three times a week from a specialty meat company, spices, coffee and bread shipped in from New Orleans, and stone ground grits shipped in from the low country because we are dedicated to providing only the freshest, high quality ingredients for our customers.
