Job Description

The Financial Consultant 3 position reports to upper management, including the Director. The primary focus of business analytics will be on revenue growth and managing the company's largest expenses.

Qualifications

Job Responsibilities:

1. Experienced Financial Advisor hiring.


2. Developing strategic initiatives, including policy recommendations for senior management.


3. Developing financial budgets.


4. Forecasting P&L and balance sheets.


5. Reporting and analyzing business metrics.


6. Tracking project financials and initiatives.


7. Conducting business analytics.


8. Designing and analyzing projects.

Job Requirements & Qualifications:

1. Bachelors degree in Accounting, Business, Economics, or Finance.


2. Advanced degree or professional certification (MBA, CPA) preferred.


3. At least 2 years of experience as a financial analyst or related role.


4. Professional presence and positive attitude in all situations.


5. Strong PC and data management skills (Excel, Access, PowerPoint).


6. Proficiency in data extraction from general ledger systems and data warehouses.


7. Excellent written, oral, interpersonal, and presentation skills; ability to present financial analysis and respond to challenges.


8. Ability to work effectively within a team environment.


9. Understanding of accounting standards, practices, and financial concepts.


10. Knowledge of the Retail Brokerage Industry (Series 7, CFA) is a plus.


11. Knowledge of BETA, IRIS, Essbase, Data Warehouse.


12. Knowledge of VB or other scripting languages.
