We are seeking a highly experienced and proactive Executive & Personal Assistant to support our CEO in both professional and personal capacities. This role is fast-paced, dynamic, and requires someone who can anticipate needs, make quick decisions, and operate with minimal guidance. The ideal candidate thrives in a hybrid role that blends high-level administrative support with extensive personal and lifestyle management , approximately 60% Personal Assistant duties and 40% Executive Assistant duties . These percentages will change based on the flow of business vs. personal needs.
