Executive Chef – Luxury Catering & Culinary Experiences

We are seeking an accomplished Executive Chef with extensive Michelin-star experience to lead the culinary vision and execution for a high-end catering and private dining company in the Hamptons. This is a rare opportunity for a culinary leader who thrives on creativity, precision, and innovation, bringing world-class dining to an exclusive clientele.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all culinary operations for luxury catering, private events, and bespoke dining experiences.

• Develop innovative, seasonal menus inspired by global techniques while incorporating the best local and sustainable ingredients.

• Lead, train, and inspire a team of chefs and kitchen staff to deliver flawless execution at the highest culinary standards.

• Ensure consistency, refinement, and precision in all dishes, reflecting Michelin-level quality.

• Manage vendor relationships, sourcing premium ingredients to meet exacting standards.

• Oversee kitchen operations, food cost controls, and inventory management.

• Collaborate with event and operations teams to create tailored culinary experiences for private clients and large-scale events.

• Uphold and enforce strict health, sanitation, and food safety practices.

Qualifications:

• Proven leadership as an Executive Chef or senior-level chef within Michelin-starred restaurants or luxury dining environments.

• Deep knowledge of fine dining techniques, menu engineering, and elevated presentation.

• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and mentor culinary talent.

• Exceptional organizational skills and ability to execute in both high-volume and intimate settings.

• Flexibility to adapt to unique client requests and changing event demands.

• Culinary degree or formal training preferred; Michelin background required.
