📍 Hybrid (Athens / Gainesville / Gwinnett, GA) or Remote (Eastern Time hours)
We’re looking for a sharp, self-driven Executive Assistant to support the owner of a growing, security-focused MSP. If you're highly organized, proactive, and tech-savvy — this could be your next great move.
🛠 What You’ll Be Doing
✔️ Manage calendars and executive scheduling
✔️ Triage emails and flag what needs urgent attention
✔️ Track internal/client projects — follow up to keep things moving
✔️ Monitor ConnectWise for ticket completions and time entry accuracy
✔️ Support marketing (~25%):
• Create/schedule posts using Canva, LinkedIn, and ChatGPT
• Assist with light content creation and client communications
🧠 What You Bring
✅ Proven experience as an Executive Assistant (tech or MSP experience preferred)
✅ Highly organized, intellectually curious, and self-sufficient
✅ Clear communicator — polished, but never pretentious
✅ Comfortable with: Microsoft Teams, Outlook, Canva, LinkedIn, ChatGPT/CoPilot (ConnectWise is a bonus)
✅ Able to work independently, prioritize like a pro, and move fast with confidence
