ETL Developer
Job Summary
Seeking a skilled and motivated ETL Developer to join a team. This role offers the opportunity to work on cutting-edge data solutions that drive reporting, analytics, and compliance initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ETL processes, database development, and data modeling, with a passion for delivering high-quality, data-driven solutions.
Compensation Package
Salary: $90,000 - $110,000 (commensurate with experience) + bonus opportunities

Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain ETL processes and database solutions to support organizational reporting and analytics needs.
Build and manage database structures, including tables, views, and stored procedures.
Collaborate with business and IT teams to gather requirements and deliver tailored data solutions.
Analyze and resolve data quality issues while optimizing database performance.
Provide support for infrastructure upgrades, replacements, and disaster recovery initiatives.
Qualifications/Requirements
Education: Associate’s degree in IT required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Experience: Minimum of 3 years working with ETL and database technologies such as SQL Server, Informatica, SAP, or Oracle.
Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in SQL and data modeling.
Soft Skills: Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines effectively.
Industry Knowledge: Exposure to the insurance industry is a plus.
