Equipment Operator/Labor Specialist for IMMEDIATE full-time position for Cincinnati
based Commercial Construction General Contractor -Commercial /Industrial Building
Successful candidate Must have:
· A CLEAN Driver License & qualify for KDS commercial insurance
· Experience in driving a CAT skid steer, CAT excavator, Gehl telehandler
· Experience in loading & pulling a trailer w/ a heavy duty truck.
· Experience driving a F450 Dump Truck.
· Class A CDL – Class A driving experience preferred
Also needed:
· Multiple years of experience in commercial/ industrial construction project background
· Flexible skill sets
· Exceptional communication skills
· Detail oriented and highly organized
· Desire to work with dynamic team in Cincinnati Tri-State area locations
Desirable qualifications and experience shall include any or all of the following:
General construction labor, Equipment operations, loading/unloading materials.
