As an Entry Level Event Specialist, you will work closely with our experienced event coordinators and managers to assist in organizing a variety of events, including corporate functions, weddings, and community gatherings. Key Responsibilities Responsibilities: Assist in planning and organizing events from conception to execution. Coordinate with vendors to secure supplies and services for events. Help create event timelines and ensure all deadlines are met. Manage event logistics, including setup, onsite coordination, and breakdown. Communicate effectively with clients and team members regarding event details. Assist in the development of promotional materials and event collateral. Skills, Knowledge and Expertise Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changing circumstances. A passion for events and a keen eye for detail.
