Location: South Jordan, UT
Pay: $21–$23/hour
Role: Entry-Level Call Center Representative – Hybrid
What You’ll Do:
Answer inbound calls and provide excellent customer support
Troubleshoot and resolve client concerns efficiently and professionally
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
Ensure a positive experience for every customer
Ideal Candidate:
Recent graduate with a Bachelor’s in Business, Communications, or related field preferred
6 months–2 years of relevant experience (internships count!) in customer service, call centers, or related roles
Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
Previous contact center experience is a plus
