We’re looking for a team player who is highly skilled with B2B eCommerce. This job is a great opportunity for an individual to get hands on experience working with Major Retailers in all aspects of E-Com. From Product Development, Merchandising, Planning and Analysis you will be involved in helping with overall strategy with regards to the E-comm portion of the business. You will have the opportunity to be in front of clients. There is room for growth and to build a team within the organization.

Essential Job Functions:

  1. Working with the VP of Sales you will be the primary point of contact with our retail partners.
  2. Maintenance and strategies related to company’s online presence, including inventory and sales analysis, merchandising, and online data integrity.
  3. Have a say in product selection
  4. Help identify white space opportunities and ways to fill them
  5. Handle all ongoing communication between customers and internal teams.
  6. Leverage granular analytics to drive effectiveness for assortment/merchandising optimization, new product introductions, seasonal programs, and pricing/promotional planning/evaluation
  7. Working with vendors to help insure smooth development and execution of projects from conception to delivery.
  8. Maintain a streamlined reporting process, extracting and unpacking large amounts of data quickly and efficiently for standard and ad hoc analyses.
  9. Maintain and deliver customer forecast while developing sales plans that meet/exceed company sales and profit objectives.

 

Minimum Requirements:

o Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

o 2+ years of experience in eCommerce, B2B eCommerce preferred.

o Strong Microsoft Office (specifically Excel) skills

o Ability to communicate (orally and in writing) in a professional manner when making contact with visitors, customers, vendors and company contacts.

o Flexible, detailed oriented with strong planning and organizational skills.

o Ability to meet deadlines with little to no supervision.

o Ability to influence business decisions with concrete analytical support through verbal or written communication.

o Ability to multitask and work under pressure.

o Ability to work in a team environment.

o Jewelry or Accessory experience a plus
