We are seeking a reliable and experienced Dump Truck Driver to safely operate dump trucks for the transportation and delivery of materials such as gravel, sand, asphalt, soil, and debris. The ideal candidate will follow all traffic laws and safety regulations, perform routine vehicle inspections, and maintain accurate records while supporting construction, mining, or infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate dump trucks safely to transport materials to and from job sites
  • Load and unload materials, ensuring proper weight distribution and secure loads
  • Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of vehicles and report maintenance issues
  • Maintain accurate logs, delivery records, and inspection reports
  • Follow company policies, DOT regulations, and local traffic laws
  • Communicate effectively with dispatchers, site supervisors, and team members
  • Keep Truck clean
  • Perform basic vehicle maintenance and cleaning as required
  • Assist with other duties on-site when needed

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Valid Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) [Class A or B, as required]
  • Clean driving record
  • Minimum [5] years of dump truck or heavy equipment driving experience (preferred)
  • Knowledge of DOT regulations and safety standards
  • Ability to operate manual and automatic transmissions
  • Strong attention to safety and detail
  • Ability to work long hours, weekends (possible) and out of town when necessary, and in varying weather conditions
  • Physically able to climb, bend, lift, and perform inspections

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in construction, mining, or roadwork environments
  • Familiarity with GPS, electronic logging devices (ELDs), and dispatch systems
  • Basic mechanical knowledge
