Digital Assurance & Transparency - IT Audit Senior Associate Join PwC’s Digital Assurance and Transparency team as a Senior Associate in San Francisco / Silicon Valley. This role focuses on providing assurance services over clients’ digital environment, including processes and controls, cyber security measures, data and AI systems, and their governance. Responsibilities Support controls around financial reporting, compliance, and operational processes. Analyze complex problems and provide actionable insights. Mentor junior team members and provide guidance. Maintain exceptional standards in every client engagement. Facilitate and finalize deliverables involving financial reporting and IT risks. Utilize firm methodologies and technology resources effectively. Navigate complex situations to deliver quality outcomes. What You Must Have Bachelor’s Degree. 2+ years of IT auditing, consulting and/or implementation experience. Meeting educational requirements for the primary credential license relevant to the practice area (e.g., CPA license requirements, CISA license). What Sets You Apart Preferred fields of study: Mathematics, Accounting, Finance, MIS, Computer and Information Science, Economics, Business Administration/Management, Engineering. Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA). Thorough knowledge of financial reporting and IT risks; proficiency in Oracle, SAP, and security technologies. Familiarity with COSO Framework, CoBIT, Sarbanes‑Oxley readiness. Project management skills and ability to create a positive team environment. Interacting with clients on solutions. Travel Requirements Up to 40%. Compensation Salary range: $72,000 - $212,000 plus eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
