Work Schedule: Set 5-day work week with 2 days off depending on the route you get. 40-hour work week. Role Overview: Delivery Specialists are critical to our success at FritoLay! They are responsible for safely operating a box truck to transport products to and from specified destinations that sell our most-loved products. Although you will start as a Delivery Specialist, we are investing in helping you grow with us. This role can open doors to career opportunities within our company or our parent company, PepsiCo. Key Responsibilities: Delivering products to assigned route stores Unloading and loading products from trailers and/or box trucks Checking in orders with store receivers Work Environment and Schedule: Our operation runs 24 hours a day, so schedules may vary. The job is physically demanding; you will be on your feet for your entire shift. Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and off-shift hours is required.
