Job Description
The role of a Data Analyst is to collect data and use statistical and analytical techniques to detect patterns and trends. This role will support Import and Export activities and Duty Draw Back opportunities.

Duties/Responsibilities

• Consult with executives and other business leaders to identify improvement opportunities.
• Create reports for internal teams, external clients and/or stakeholders.
• Collaborate with team members to collect and analyze data.
• Visualize data with graphs, infographics and other methods.
• Establish KPIs to measure the effectiveness of business decisions.
• Structure large data sets to find usable information.
• Process information with a team of analysts and other associates.
• Craft presentations and reports based on recommendations and findings.
• Assist with Import and Export activities and duty drawback opportunities.
• Assist with any additional tasks as assigned by the company, such as financial information.

Experience And Skills

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
• Strong sense of teamwork.
• Strong organizational skills, including the ability to prioritize and multi-task.
• Strong communication skills - ability to interface with other functions - and work with employees at all levels of the organization.
• Knowledge and ability to interpret EDI and MRP systems.

Education And Experience

• At least 2 or more years work experience in a Data Analyst or similar role preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, supply chain, logistics, or equivalent experience required.
• Experience with import and export activities and duty drawback opportunities preferred.
