• Case Mix: General Surgery, Orthopedics, ENT, Gastroenterology, Urology

FACILITY INFORMATION
• No. of Beds in Department: 25
• EMR System: Paper Charting, Meditech
• Specialty Backup Available: Anesthesiologist always on-site
• Support Staff Available: Well-staffed Anesthesiology Department
• Reason for Coverage: Turnover Vacancy; Candidate on Leave

JOB REQUIREMENTS
• Licenses: Active Pennsylvania License
• Board: NBCRNA Required
• DEA: Not Required
• Certifications: ACLS, BLS
• Experience: Minimum 2 years
• Other Qualifications: Ability to work in a supervision model within a critical access hospital

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
• Administer anesthesia for general and specialty surgical cases.
• Ensure safe and effective perioperative care for adult and pediatric patients.
• Work under supervision of on-site anesthesiologist (no solo work).
• Maintain accurate anesthesia records using paper charting and Meditech.
• Collaborate with surgical and nursing teams to ensure smooth OR workflow.
