Recruiter – Healthcare & Administrative Roles

Network Solutions IPA (NSIPA) is expanding our team and looking for a dedicated, people-savvy Recruiter to help scale our healthcare and administrative operations. If you're passionate about connecting great talent with purpose-driven work in healthcare, we want to hear from you.
What You’ll Do
Lead the end-to-end recruiting process for clinical and administrative roles: sourcing, screening, scheduling, interviewing, and follow-ups.
Identify qualified candidates for roles such as care managers, population health specialists, administrative staff, and more.
Use platforms like LinkedIn, Indeed, ZipRecruiter, and Handshake to proactively source talent.
Coordinate interview logistics, maintain candidate tracking, and ensure a great candidate experience.
Partner with department heads to forecast staffing needs and streamline hiring pipelines.
Support onboarding and compliance documentation as needed.
What We're Looking For
2+ years of experience in healthcare recruiting or general talent acquisition
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Highly organized, self-driven, and comfortable juggling multiple roles at once
Familiarity with ATS platforms and digital recruiting tools (Zoho Recruit a plus)
Must be able to commute to our Brooklyn office as needed
