Meade, MD Job Description SAIC is seeking a Configuration Manager responsible for configuration management (CM) of developmental and operational systems. The role involves working with developmental and operational teams to create and maintain configuration baselines (development, test, production, etc.), utilizing or recommending automated CM tools, and developing or modifying CM plans, policies, and procedures tailored to the system's complexity and scope. The candidate will implement CM discipline throughout the system's lifecycle, from initial requirements to end-of-life, including performing change control and configuration audits. Qualifications TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph required. Educational and Experience Requirements: Bachelor's degree with 9+ years of experience, or Master's degree with 7+ years of experience, or PhD or JD with 4+ years of experience. Experience with SW Configuration Management of third-party OEM and USG HPC software stacks and firmware using GitLab. Ability to manage review boards, change requests, and defects, ensuring code changes follow CM processes, and effectively communicate issues. Experience creating and maintaining configuration baselines across multiple systems and locations. Ability to develop or modify CM plans, policies, and procedures, and work with software teams to maintain CI/CD pipelines and software integration frameworks. Must be capable of becoming a certified Data Transfer Agent (DTA). Additional Details Target salary range: $120,001 - $160,000.
